Return & Refund Policy

⏳ Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Special order and built-to-order items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Used items (sold AS-IS)

  • New items that have been used by the customer

📦 Return Conditions

All returned items must:

  • Be in brand-new, unused condition

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly written on the outer box → Returns without an RMA number will be rejected

  • Be subject to a 30% restocking fee

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Used items cannot be refunded

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

🕵️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary

🔖 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange:

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we process your return.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

📬 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from it

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
